Very fine used. Rare plate. Scarce cancellation. Very good centring. On a cover sent from G Neavepenny (a ship and general commision agent in Poole) to possibly Rober Kent at Albion Street, Hyde Park, London. There is some creasing to the cover as per the scans. No hidden faults.
